Home Buying Process

  • Start Mortgage Pre-Approval Process
  • Select A Realtor
  • Consultation with Realtor to analyze your housing needs.
  • With your Realtor select homes for viewing.
  • View homes that meet your criteria
  • You have found your perfect home.
  • Realtor will write offer to purchase property, including any contingencies you may require, for your approval and signatures.
  • Realtor will present offer to listing agent and seller (if possible)
  • Negotiate best terms and conditions for your approval.
  • Acceptance of offer
  • Signed contract delivered to all parties.
  • Realtor will open escrow with escrow officer per contract
  • Order inspections per time limit stated in contract.
  • Notify your lender purchase agreement has been accepted.
  • Leder and buyer start the loan process.
  • Notify your insurance agent you have purchased a home.
  • Remove contingencies per timeline stated in contract.
  • When all terms and conditions have been met per contract escrow officer notify all parties to the contract escrow instructions and loan documents are ready for your review and signatures.
  • Signed loan documents are sent back to the lender for lender review and escrow officer requests lender to fund the loan.
  • Lender transfers funds to escrow.
  • Title is transfered from sellers to buyers and recorded at the county recorders office.
  • Escrow closes, keys delivered to you.

I will keep you informed as to the progress of your escrow. I will be present at all inspections and meet with you and the escrow officer at the time of signing escrow instructions and loan documents.
